• All sales are final. Since our goods and services are not tangible (physical) products, then there are no returns or refunds.
• All scripts are distributed as is, we are not selling the scripts themselves. We are selling our services that are involved with installing, hosting and maintaining our goods and services.
• All payments are made through PayPal.

Services

• All services are to be paid for before the service is actually provided. This prevents non-payment for services provided.
• If we are unable to render the service that we provide, then a full or partial refund may be granted. Pending a review of services provided.
• EYP Systems and our associates are not responsible for any damages, issues or loss of function, once services are provided. We do not delete or remove any files/folders, not associated with our products and services, during installs. Unless, otherwise notified by the client/customer to do so on their behalf.

• All the scripts listed on this site are available in other places. We provide them along with our services in hopes of providing an enjoyable and professional online environment.
• More pertinant information and licsenses are provided in the electronic files/docs of the scripts.
